Resume Preparation

We offer our job seekers with a variety of resume prep tools and services ranging from customized one on one help to workshops designed to help gain an overview on crafting a resume including: the different types of resumes, choosing the right format design and conveying “their unique fit”.

Job Search Strategies

We offer job seekers individualized counselling and workshops providing them skills and tools to implementing successful job searches. We focus on self assessments, getting introduced to the various job search tools, integrating labor market information to the job search regardless of the state of the labor market & the hidden job markets.

Interview Preparation

We help our Job Seekers learn how to deal effectively in Interviews regardless of whether they are going to face behavioral, sequential or group interview scenarios. Our individual coaching and interview prep workshops focus on key components of interviewing and ensuring they are Ready to step before employers and meet their job search goals.

Mentorship

Our cornerstone Job Seeker services is Mentorships. Regardless of the stage of our job seekers, we have a proud tradition of connecting them with hand picked Mentors from their chosen fields of pursuit and who are passionate as the job seekers are to see our job seekers achieve their career targets.
